What is M.E. Time?
M.E. Time is your ultimate at-home machine embroidery experience. Through our variety of subscription boxes, you’ll receive exclusive projects delivered right to your doorstep or digitally to your email inbox. You’ll also enjoy ongoing education and support.
What is a subscription box?
A subscription box is a recurring delivery of curated products that give you a unique and fulfilling experience. M.E. Time subscriptions include The Bella Box® (available as a doorstep subscription) and Perfectly Pieced™ and Collectible Christmas™ (available as doorstep OR digital subscriptions).
What subscriptions are included in M.E. Time?
M.E. Time includes subscriptions for The Bella Box (available twice per year in the spring and fall), Perfectly Pieced (released monthly beginning June 1), and Collectible Christmas (released monthly beginning November 2022). Each is a separate subscription and a completely different experience.
Is this a physical or digital subscription service?
The Bella Box is a physical product shipped to your door. With Perfectly Pieced and Collectible Christmas subscriptions, you may choose between doorstep or digital options.
What is the difference between doorstep and digital subscriptions?
Doorstep subscriptions include a tangible box with full-color instructions, fabric kits, and more.The digital subscription includes downloadable files only, with no physical product delivered. Embroidery files for both types of subscriptions will be in your M.E. Time Digital Library.
What if I don’t want my subscription this month?
Simply log in to your account, go to My Subscriptions, view the subscription, and click Skip Next Billing Cycle. Our system walks you through the whole process. Please note that you will need to skip by the deadline (outlined below) and your subscription will automatically resume the following month. Also, skipping means you will not be receiving the projects for that subscription cycle.
Is there a certain deadline that I have to skip/cancel by?
Yes. Each subscription has a specific skip/cancel deadline, as follows:
- Perfectly Pieced: Last day of the month before 6:00 a.m. Mountain Time
- The Bella Box: 14th day of the month before 6:00 a.m. Mountain Time
- Collectible Christmas: 9th day of the month before 6:00 a.m. Mountain Time
When do the doorstep subscriptions ship?
Doorstep subscriptions will be billed and shipped as follows:
- Perfectly Pieced: Billed on the 1st of each month (starting June 2022)
- Collectible Christmas: Billed on the 10th of each month (starting in November 2022)
- The Bella Box: The French Market Bella Box will be billed on June 6th, 2022. Boxes after that will be billed on the 15th of the month they’re released (once in spring and once in fall).
What is the relationship between M.E. Time and Kimberbell?
Kimberbell is the parent company of M.E. Time. However, they are two completely separate brands.
Do I need to have an account to purchase a M.E. Time subscription for a friend?
How do I manage my M.E. Time account?
Simply go to metimedelivered.com, log in, then click My Account.
Can I purchase a past box or projects later?
Will the Kimberbellas (and Fellas, Too!) Facebook group be about M.E. Time?
No. Kimberbellas (and Fellas, Too!) will be centered around Kimberbell, while M.E. Time has its own Facebook group and other social media channels.
When (and how) am I billed for my M.E. Time subscription?
We will charge the credit card in your M.E. Time account every month. Each subscription has its own billing date, as follows:
- Perfectly Pieced: 1st day of the month (delivered monthly),
- The Bella Box: 15th day of the month it ships (delivered twice a year).
- Collectible Christmas: 10th day of the month (delivered monthly).
How do I cancel my subscription?
Simply log in to your account, go to My Subscriptions, view the subscription, and click Cancel. Our system walks you through the whole process. To avoid being charged for your next subscription, you’ll need to cancel by the deadline as outlined below:
- Perfectly Pieced: Last day of the month at 6:00 a.m. Mountain Time
- The Bella Box: 14th day of the month at 6:00 a.m. Mountain Time
- Collectible Christmas: 9th day of the month at 6:00 a.m. Mountain Time
How long am I subscribed for?
This is an open-ended subscription so you are a M.E. Time member until you decide to cancel. There is no renewal process.
Can I re-subscribe at any time?
Yes. We welcome you back any time! However, please note that doorstep subscriptions are based on inventory and are therefore limited. If you try to resubscribe and there are no more subscriptions available, you will be directed to our waitlist.

What products are available in the M.E. Time Store?
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. You may skip your subscription a month at a time or cancel your subscription altogether. Please see our M.E. Time Skip and Cancellation Policies.
How many months can I skip?
You may skip your subscription as often as needed. Please remember that you’ll need to skip each month in your M.E. Time account. If not, your subscription will automatically resume the following month.
What if I want to switch to a different format?
You may change your delivery options within membership types. For example, you may switch your Perfectly Pieced subscription from doorstep to digital and vice versa. Any changes you make will be the plan moving forward until you switch it again. Subscriptions changing from digital to doorstep will be based on doorstep subscription availability.
Will you be shipping internationally? How much will it cost?
We will be happy to ship The Bella Box internationally. For Perfectly Pieced and Collectible Christmas subscriptions, please choose our digital options, as doorstep subscriptions will not be shipped internationally.
Will M.E. Time designs be in my Kimberbell account, or will I need to create a new account for M.E. Time?
M.E. Time designs will not be in your Kimberbell account. Instead, they will be in your M.E. Time Digital Library. You will need to set up a separate M.E. Time account.
Will my embroidery files from previously purchased Bella Boxes be in my M.E. Time account or on Kimberbell?
All Bella Box files purchased before 2022 will be in your Kimberbell account. Beginning in Spring 2022, all Bella Box files will be in your M.E. Time Digital Library.
Will M.E. Time projects be Kimberbell quality?
Yes. As Kimberbell is the parent company of M.E. Time, you can expect the same quality with M.E. Time projects as you’ve come to trust from Kimberbell.
Will there be regular Facebook Lives on the M.E. Time page like on the Kimberbell page?
The M.E. Time page will include lots of helpful videos, tutorials, and Facebook Lives. We’ll be sure to let you know when those are!
Can you do one month as a doorstep subscription and one month as a digital subscription?
You may switch from doorstep to digital plans (or vice versa) at any time. If you do, the change will be in effect until you switch again. Please remember that there are limited doorstep subscriptions available.
The Bella Box® Questions
What is The Bella Box?
Delivered to your doorstep twice a year (spring and fall), The Bella Box includes 5-6 exclusive machine embroidery projects, bonus designs, fabric kits, embellishments, collector’s items, and more.
Will the Bella Box bonus designs be in my M.E. Time account?
Yes. After your Bella Box subscription has been successfully billed, ALL Bella Box embroidery files, including bonus designs, will be available in your M.E. Time account.
Where will I find my previous Bella Box files?
Embroidery files included in Bella Boxes purchased prior to 2022 will be in your kimberbell.com account.
What is the price of a Bella Box subscription?
The Bella Box is $115 per box (+tax) with a flat-rate shipping fee of $15 within the United States. We will be happy to ship The Bella Box internationally.
How has The Bella Box changed?
In addition to the box being a subscription, all design files (including bonus designs) are now stored permanently in your M.E. Time Digital Library.
How often will I receive my Bella Box?
Twice per year. One box ships in the spring and the other in the fall.
What if I miss out on The Bella Box?
Based on availability, extra Bella Boxes may be available for subscribers to purchase. We encourage you to add your name to our waitlist.
If I'm on the waitlist, am I guaranteed a Bella Box subscription?
Being on the waitlist means you’ll receive a notification and opportunity to subscribe if box subscriptions become available.
Do you pay for the whole year up front?
No, you'll pay for each box as it is released.
Are there a limited number of subscriptions available?
Yes. Subscriptions are limited based on the number of available boxes. It’s always better to subscribe sooner rather than later.
Can you pick and choose between individual items in The Bella Box?
No. The Bella Box is sold as an entire collection. You’ll be able to see the contents beforehand and then decide whether or not you wish to subscribe, receive, and/or skip the box.
Can I buy individual Bella Box projects from past boxes?
Although past Bella Boxes may be available for subscribers to purchase, projects are not sold separately.
If I bought The Bella Box in the past, do I need to sign up again or am I already in the system?
Starting with the French Market Bella Box, you will need to subscribe through metimedelivered.com to receive the box. Once subscribed, you will receive all future Bella Boxes (unless you skip or cancel).
Is The Bella Box $115 plus shipping or does the $115 include shipping?
The Bella Box is $115 plus shipping.
Do The Bella Box designs come on a thumb/USB drive or on a CD?
The Bella Box designs are digital download only. You’ll find all designs in your M.E. Time Digital Library and can download them whenever you wish!
When do I get my Bella Box bonus designs?
You’ll receive access to your bonus designs on the day The Bella Box is billed and shipped.
